Location: Ontario, Canada
Duties and responsibilities
- Lift and load food service products (from 10 to 80 lbs) onto pallets, and prepare pallets for shipping to a customer location
- Accurately scanning and selecting products using a computerized inventory system
- Safely operate power equipment including electric pallet jacks
- Sort, crate, and stack goods
- Work in a variety of temperature zones including a freezer (-20 degrees Celsius), cooler and dry goods areas. Must be prepared to work in all warehouse areas
- Exposure and handling of all types of food products including seafood, meats, dairy, produce, spices, beverages
- Safekeeping of company equipment and product, maintaining the safety of yourself and those around you
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety rules and regulations and Food Safety Programs
- A willingness to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements for the position

- High School certificate
- No experience required
